Approval of rental agreement for temporary modular office space from Vesta Modular for Town Hall renovations
On July 13, 2023, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve rental agreement for modular office space” by a vote of 4–0.
Motion to approve the rental agreement for temporary modular office space from Vesta Modular for a total of $131,745, with monthly rental of $5,975 if extended beyond the initial 12-month rental period.
