Approval of Agreement, Restrictive Covenant and Security Agreement between the Town of Farragut and Smithfield Homeowners Association for public infrastructure located in the Smithfield subdivision
On July 27, 2023, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve agreement with Smithfield HOA for public infrastructure in subdivision” by a vote of 4–0.
Motion to approve the restrictive covenant and security agreement between the Town of Farragut and the Smithfield Homeowners Association.
