Approval of General Agreement between the Town of Farragut and the Tennessee Department of Transportation for use and occupancy of state highway rights-of-way by utility facilities.
On August 14, 2025, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve General Agreement with TDOT for utility facility rights-of-way.” by a vote of 4–0.
Motion to approve the General Agreement between the Town of Farragut and the Tennessee Departr:rent of Transportation for use and occupancy of state highway rights-of-way by utility facilities.
