Approval of Agreement with Blue Ridge Waterways, Inc. for Purchase of Stream Mitigation Credits for the Union Road Multi-Modal Improvement Project

On September 11, 2025, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve agreement with Blue Ridge Waterways for stream mitigation credits” by a vote of 4–0.
