Ordinance to amend the Farragut Municipal Code, Chapter 2, Article 6- Finance, Section 2-299, Authorization of Purchases, by deleting in its entirety and substituting new language for purchasing authorization.

On June 22, 2023, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Amend municipal code regarding purchase authorization thresholds” by a vote of 3–0.

Unanimous Adopted 3-0-0-2

Motion was made to approve ordinance 23-08 on second and final reading.
