Approve variance for driveway distance on Kingston Pike for temple

Approval of a request for a variance from the distance between driveways requirement, as provided for in the Driveways and Other Access Ways Ordinance, in association with a proposed access onto Kingston Pike for the Knoxville Tennessee Temple, 13001 Kingston Pike, Zoned C-1, 5.26 Acres (Moody Nolan, Applicant)

On June 22, 2023, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve variance for driveway distance on Kingston Pike for temple” by a vote of 3–0.

Unanimous Adopted 3-0-0-2

Moton was made to approve the proposed full access and variance of 93 feet from the distance between driveway requirement in the Driveways and Other Access Ways Ordinance.
