Approval of a Letter of Intent to purchase property off McFee Road and adjacent to the railroad track in Farragut, TN, being a portion of Knox County Tax Map 24.02 and 24.03

On June 22, 2023, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve Letter of Intent to purchase property off McFee Road” by a vote of 2–1.

Split Decided with 2 absent — margin 1 Adopted 2-1-0-2

Motion was made to approve the Letter of Intent to purchase property off McFee Road and adjacent to the railroad track in Farragut, Tennessee, being a portion of Knox County Tax Map 162, parcels 24.02 and 24.03 and to authorize the Town Administrator and Town Attorney to negotiate the terms of the final contract that would be consistent with the Letter of Intent and authorize Mayor Williams to execute the final contract.
