Approval of a Professional Services agreement with Cannon & Cannon, Inc. for due diligence investigation of property located off McFee Road and adjacent to the railroad track in Farragut, TN, being a portion of Knox County Tax Map 24.02 and 24.03

On June 22, 2023, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve Professional Services agreement with Cannon & Cannon, Inc.” by a vote of 3–0.

Unanimous Adopted 3-0-0-2

Motion was made to approve the Professional Services agreement with Cannon & Cannon, Inc. in the amount of $71,200 for due diligence investigation of property located off McFee Road and adjacent to the railroad track in Farragut, TN, being a portion of Knox County Tax Map 24.02 and 24.03.
