Approval of Bids and Award of Contract 2026-16 Construction of McFee Dog Park to Fuel Tank Maintenance Company d/b/a FTM Contracting
On January 8, 2026, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Award Contract 2026-16 to FTM Contracting for McFee Dog Park construction.” by a vote of 5–0.
Motion to approve Contract 2026-16 to Fuel Tank Maintenance Company/FTM Contracting LLC for the Construction of the McFee Dog Park for a total contract price of $637,250, to include a 5% contingency of up to $28,100 to the project budget and to authorize the Town Administrator to approve up to $25,000 in change orders prior to Board of Mayor and Aldermen authorization.
