Approval of Ordinance 26-02 (recommended for approval by the Planning Commission as Ordinance 25-20), on second reading, an ordinance to amend the Farragut Code of Ordinances, Appendix A - Zoning, Chapter 3, Section XII. - General Commercial District (C-1), Subsection F. Mixed Use Town Center, 3., Building Facade Requirements, to provide for new buildings to follow the Town of Farragut Architectural Design Standards, as amended, for the Town Center Subarea and remove reference to the Town Center Design Requirements (The Architecture Collaborative, Applicant)
