Variance for driveway on S. Hobbs Road
Approval of variance of 122 feet from the distance between driveways and 65 feet from the distance between driveways and intersections requirements for collector streets, as provided for in the Driveways and Other Access Ways Ordinance, for a proposed single-family residence at 221 S. Hobbs Road (Red Door Homes, Applicant)
On December 8, 2022, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Variance for driveway on S. Hobbs Road” by a vote of 5–0.
Motion to approve the applicant's requested access and associated variances subject to obtaining a right of way permit through the Town's Engineering Department.
