Ordinance amending zoning code re: ballfield definition and outdoor lighting
Ordinance 22-12, an ordinance to amend the Farragut Municipal Code, Appendix A., Zoning, Chapter 2., Definitions., to define Ballfield, and Chapter 4., General Provisions and Exceptions, Section XIII., Outdoor Site Lighting, Subsection A., to clarify street lighting provisions, establish where ballfield lighting may be provided, and prohibit lighting that would be a nuisance due to uncontrolled glare on any adjacent properties, rights-of-ways, access easements, or driveways (Farragut Neighborhood Preservation Partnership, Applicant)
