Approve Ordinance 26-06 on first reading regarding stormwater management.
Request for approval of Ordinance 26-06, an ordinance on first reading to amend the Farragut Code of Ordinances, Chapter 111 – Stormwater Management Control, Section 111-7. Design Standards for Detention and/or Retention Ponds, to remove the requirement for stormwater detention in the lower portion of a watershed where engineering documentation can demonstrate that this would have a positive effect on overall stormwater management due to the timing of stormwater runoff
