Approval of Change Orders 1, 2, and 3 to contract 2026-16 for the construction of McFee Park Dog Park

On May 28, 2026, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve COs 1, 2, 3 to Contract 2026-16 (McFee Park Dog Park)” by a vote of 5–0.

Unanimous Adopted 5-0-0-0

Motion to approve the COs 1, 2, and 3 to contract number 2026-16 for a revised total $671,916 and including a revised 5% contingency for potential change orders in the amount of $33,595.80 to the project budget and allowing the Town Administrator to approve up to $25,000 in change orders before bringing to the Board of Mayor Aldermen for approval.
