Approval of Right-of-Way purchase of Lot 2 & Lot 4 from Andover Homeowners Association for the Smith Road Sidewalk Project
On March 12, 2020, the Town of Farragut, TN Board of Mayor & Aldermen adopted “Approve purchase of right-of-way from Andover HOA for Smith Road Sidewalk Project” by a vote of 4–1.
Motion was made to approve the Right-of-Way purchase of Lot 2 & Lot 4 from Andover Homeowners Association for the Smith Road Sidewalk Project.
