- Knoxville City Council generally meets in the evening at the City County Building, 400 Main Street, Knoxville, on a schedule published by the City Recorder. The official calendar lists the exact dates, times, and location.
- How to speak
- City Council provides an opportunity for public comment at its meetings. Residents who wish to speak are generally asked to sign up in advance with the City Recorder's office, and a per-speaker time limit may apply. The official meeting notice states the current procedure.
