Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Four to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of immunization services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Contract by $3,261,883.00 to add COVID-19 POD Funding and extends the term of the Contract to June 30, 2022 (No Local Match Required)
