Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment One to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of health promotion services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Grant Contract by $203,700.00 and extends the term to June 30, 2024
