Approve Lease Agreement with John H. Daniel Co. for Construction Trades Academy.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Lease Agreement with John H. Daniel Company for property located at 1803 N. Central Street for a Construction Trades Academy for a base term of five (5) years and the option to renew the Lease for one (1) additional five (5) year term with an annual rental amount of $145,800.00 to be paid monthly in equal installments of $12,150.00 for lease years one (1) and two (2) with a 3% annual increase each year thereafter
