Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Sublease Agreement with Associated Builders and Contractors - Greater Tennessee for property located at 1803 N. Central Street for a Construction Trades Academy for a base term of five (5) years with the option to renew for one (1) additional five (5) year term with an annual rental amount of $6,000.00 to be monthly in the amount of $500.00 commencing on the first day of year 2 of the base term
