Approve amendment to Debt Management System contract with Fifth Asset, Inc.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Amendment to Contract No. 20-674 with Fifth Asset, Inc., d/b/a DebtBook for the provision of a debt management system, which amendment provides for the term of the Agreement to be January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 and amends the pricing to add a component to monitor the County's lease agreements
