CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH MSA BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PROVISION OF PRINTER MONITORING SOFTWARE AND SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $22,500.00 ANNUALLY FOR THE TERM OF JANUARY 1, 2022 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2023 WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND ANNUALLY FOR AN ADDITIONAL THREE (3) YEARS
