CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT FIVE TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF TOBACCO PREVENTION PROGRAM SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $10,000.00 AND EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT BY ONE (1) YEAR TO EXPIRE JUNE 30, 2023 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
