Approve policy and agreement for recreational facility and park naming rights
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING THE KNOX COUNTY RECREATIONAL FACILITY AND PARKS NAMING RIGHTS POLICY AND A KNOX COUNTY NAMING RIGHTS GIFT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW DONORS TO MAKE MONETARY DONATIONS TO THE LEGACY PARKS FOUNDATION FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF KNOX COUNTY FOR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, PARK ENHANCEMENTS AND/OR DEVELOPMENT AND TO ACQUIRE NAMING RIGHTS TO THOSE FACILITIES OR PARKS, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION

Approve Resolution R-22-1-701 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the Knox County Recreational Facility and Parks Naming Rights Policy and a Knox County Naming Rights Gift Agreement to allow donors to make monetary donations to the Legacy Parks Foundation for the use and benefit of Knox County for recreational facilities, park enhancements and/or development and to acquire naming rights to those facilities or parks, subject to the approval of the Knox County Commission.
