Suspend the rules and amend the agenda to defer the following items to the February 2022 Board of Commissioners meeting: Item #38 - Request of Thunder Mountain Properties, LLC for South County Sector Plan Amendment from A Agricultural and HP Hillside Protection) to LDR Low Density Residential and HP Hillside Protection, property located at 8802 Sevierville Pike and 0 Dry Hollow Road, Parcel ID 138 274 and 270 (part of), (Commission District 9) Planning Commission’s file number: 11-B-21-SP; Item #39 - Request of Thunder Mountain Properties, LLC for rezoning from A Agricultural, CA General Business, CB Business and Manufacturing and RA Low Density Residential to PR Planned Residential up to 3 dwelling units per acre, property located at 8802 Sevierville Pike and 0 Dry Hollow Road, Parcel ID 138 274 and 270 (part of), (Commission District 9) Planning Commission’s file number: 11-F-21-RZ; and Item #42 - Request of Jason McMahan for rezoning from A Agricultural to PR Planned Residential up to 5 dwelling units per acre, property located at 3911 Gordon Smith Road, Parcel ID 28 O A 9, (Commission District 7) Planning Commission’s file number: 12-F-21-RZ.
