CONSIDERATION OF THE REQUEST OF BRUCE DUNCAN FOR REZONING FROM RB GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO T TRANSITION

On January 24, 2022, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Rezoning request for Bruce Duncan” by a vote of 11–0.

Unanimous Adopted 11-0-0-0

Approve Resolution RZ-22-1-102 – Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Bruce Duncan for rezoning from RB General Residential to T Transition as per Planning Commission’s recommendation.
