Withdraw Ordinance on annual salary increases for sworn officers.

Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending Knox County Code, Chapter 42, Article II, “Sheriff”, Division 1, “Generally”, to add a new section 42-31 entitled “Annual Salary Increases for Sworn Officers” to require a minimum two and one-half (2.5) percent annual salary increase for sworn officers regularly employed by the Sheriff’s Office who have attained the rank of Captain or below (amending Knox County Code, Chapter 42, Article II, Division 1, adding Section 42-31, previously reserved) on first reading.
