Approve contract with ParentSquare for mass notification system.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with ParentSquare, Inc. for the provision of a mass notification system up to $206,500.00 annually plus a $9,500.00 one-time onboarding fee for the term of April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023, which may be extended for up to five (5) years.
