Approve Temporary Construction Easement for KUB at 1613 Vermont Ave.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Temporary Construction Easement for the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) on property located at 1613 Vermont Avenue for construction material storage for the maintenance of a water tank, which easement extends the period of time of the previously approved easement to October 1, 2022 for property access in order for KUB to compete the project.
