Approve Ninth Amendment to Contract No. 12-500 with Rural Metro.

Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the Ninth Amendment to Contract Number 12-500 with Rural Metro of Tennessee, L.P. to provide medical ambulance services in Knox County, which amendment adds a temporary fifth response time exemption to begin December 1, 2021 and continue through the date on which the United States Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services determination that a Public Health Emergency exists as a result of COVID-19 ends, or until April 30, 2022, whichever comes first.
