Approve amendment to Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Services contract.

Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Two to a Contract with the Tennessee Department of Human Services for Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Contract by $235,917.01, increases the local match requirement by $121,533.02, and extends the term of the Contract by one (1) year to expire June 30, 2023
