Approve lease agreement for Bower Field with Thunder Mountain Properties, LLC.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Lease Agreement between Thunder Mountain Properties, LLC (owners of Bower Field) and Knox County to allow Knox County Parks and Recreation to continue to use Bower Field for athletic and recreational programs, youth sports activities, and related concessions and, in exchange for the use of Bower Field, Knox County will pay an amount equal to the yearly Knox County property taxes on the undeveloped property adjacent to Bower Field and owned by Thunder Mountain Properties LLC, and certain insurance premiums regarding Bower Field (totaling approximately $5,700.00 in 2021) for a term of ten (10) years with two (2) ten (10) year renewal options
