Approve 4-year reappraisal cycle, 2026 plan, and MOU.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, 1) approving a continuous four (4) year reappraisal cycle for Knox County; 2) approving the 2026 Reappraisal Plan for Knox County; and 3) approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury Division of Property Assessments for the purpose of clarifying the areas of responsibility for all parties involved in the reappraisal of Knox County
