Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment No. One to Contract No. 21-240 with Volunteer Ministry Center (VMC) to provide Treasury Emergency Rental Assistance funds for the administration and conduct of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program, which amendment increases the award amount from $175,500.00 to $205,500.00. (Federally funded through Treasury ERA program funds)
