Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Ground Lease with Concord Yacht Club, Inc. for recreational activities for a term of ten (10) years beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2033 with the option to renew the lease for an additional period of ten (10) years with annual rent in the amount of $1,000.00 over the initial term of the lease
