Withdraw Items #31, #44, #56, and #57 from the agenda

AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: 5. Commissioner Beeler moved to amend the agenda to withdraw the following items: Item #31 – Drives and Roads (to be closed) - Consideration of the closure of Karnes Road, approximately 500 feet west of Barker Road, to address citizen concerns with increased growth of traffic on an existing narrow/curvy roadway (First Reading); Item #44 - Resolution R-22-11-801 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Extension of Agreement for Sale and Purchase between Knox County and Marble Alley Development, LLC for Marble Alley's purchase of thirteen (13) parcels of real property collectively known as the State Street Property to extend the due diligence period for a six (6) month period beginning on December 31, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2023 for the remaining five (5) parcels; Item #56 - 8-A-22-SP - Request of Benjamin C. Mullins for Southwest County Sector Plan Amendment from GC General Commercial and HP Hillside Protection to LDR Low Density Residential and HP Hillside Protection, property located at 0 Palestine Lane, Parcel ID 141 079 (part of), (5th Commission District); and Item #57 - 8-C-22-RZ - Request of Benjamin C. Mullins for rezoning from PC Planned Commercial to PR Planned Residential) up to 5 dwelling units per acre. Property located at 0 Palestine Lane, Parcel ID 141 079 (part of). (5th Commission District) Commissioner Schoonmaker seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Oster, Schoonmaker, Hill, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Frazier voted aye. Commissioners Ward and Lee were absent from the meeting. The motion carried 9-0-0-2.
