CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH LIFE SAFETY INSPECTIONS, LLC FOR THE PROVISION OF KITCHEN HOOD EXHAUST AND FIRE SUPPRESSION INSPECTIONS UP TO $35,000.00 ANNUALLY FOR THE TERM OF JANUARY 1 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2023, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FOUR (4) YEARS, ONE (1) YEAR AT A TIME
