CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH CONSOLIDATED ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, GALLAHER & ASSOCIATES, AND SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF INTERCOM INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES UP TO $300,000.00 ANNUALLY FOR THE TERM OF JANUARY 1 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2023, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FOUR (4) YEARS, ONE (1) YEAR AT A TIME
