CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT TWO TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND CONTROL SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE GRANT CONTRACT BY $108,800.00, EXTENDS THE TERM TO MARCH 31, 2025, AND AMENDS THE SCOPE OF SERVICES (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
