CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT ONE TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF PARENTS AS TEACHERS EVIDENCE-BASED HOME VISITING PROGRAM SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE GRANT CONTRACT BY $967,609.83, EXTENDS THE TERM TO DECEMBER 31, 2024, AND AMENDS THE SCOPE OF SERVICES (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
