CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT SEVEN TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF TOBACCO PREVENTION PROGRAM SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE GRANT CONTRACT BY $130,000.00, EXTENDS THE TERM TO JUNE 30, 2024, AND AMENDS THE SCOPE OF SERVICES (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
