Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the Tenth Amendment to Contract No. 12-500 with Rural Metro of Tennessee, L.P. to provide medical ambulance services in Knox County, which amendment adds a response time exemption and a waiver of certain specific performance damages to begin on June 1, 2022 and end on December 31, 2022
