Approve Eleventh Amendment to Rural Metro Ambulance Services Contract
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the Eleventh Amendment to Contract No. 12-500 with Rural Metro of Tennessee, L.P. to provide medical ambulance services in Knox County, which amendment revises several sections of the Agreement to begin on January 1, 2023 and extends the term of the Agreement to end on January 31, 2024
