Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the termination of certain interest rate swap agreements of the Public Building Authority of Sevier County, Tennessee and the Public Building Authority of Blount County, Tennessee, relating to loan agreements between such boards and the County pursuant to which loans were made to the County
