CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF K-12 STANDARDS-ALIGNED BENCHMARK ASSESSMENT AT AN ANNUAL COST OF $965,250.00 FOR THE TERM OF AUGUST 1, 2023 THROUGH JULY 31, 2024, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS.
