Approve amended contract with Finalsite for school content management system
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AN AMENDED CONTRACT WITH ACTIVE INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES, LLC D/B/A FINALSITE FOR THE PROVISION OF A SCHOOL CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT AN INITIAL ANNUAL COST OF $202,880.00 FOR THE TERM OF JULY 1, 2023 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2024, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED ON A YEARLY BASIS FOR AS LONG AS THE SYSTEM IS IN USE BY THE COUNTY.
