CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPOINTING MICHAEL BARNHART (NOMINEE OF THE CHANCELLOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE OF A MEMBER OF THE FACULTY OR STAFF OF THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE), AND REAPPOINTING MIKE CONGER (NOMINEE OF THE KNOXVILLE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING ORGANIZATION OF AN OFFICIAL OR STAFF OF THE TPO), ROBERT R. SCOTT (NOMINEE OF THE TECHNICAL SOCIETY OF KNOXVILLE OF AN ENGINEER OR TECHNICALLY TRAINED PERSON OR SCIENTIST IN AN AREA RELATED TO AIR POLLUTION), DR. LINDA REEVES (NOMINEE OF THE CHANCELLOR OF THE TENNESSEE BOARD OF REGENTS OF a MEMBER OF THE FACULTY OR STAFF AT PELLISSIPPI STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE), AND CHRIS SHARP (NOMINEE OF THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF A PRIVATE CITIZEN FROM THE PUBLIC AT LARGE) TO THE KNOX COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD (TERMS EXPIRE JUNE 30, 2027).

Scott (nominee of the Technical Society of Knoxville of an engineer or technically trained person or scientist in an area related to air pollution), Dr. Linda Reeves (nominee of the Chancellor of the Tennessee Board of Regents of the member of the faculty or staff at Pellissippi State Community College), and Chris Sharp (nominee of the County Commission of a private citizen from the public at large) to the Knox County Air Pollution Control Board (Terms expire June 30, 2027).
