CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A GRANT CONTRACT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $430,500.00 WITH THE TENNESSEE STATE LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES FOR GENERAL LIBRARY SERVICES AND LIBRARY MATERIALS.
