Approve amendment to TN Dept. Human Services contract for immunization audits
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT TWO TO A CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES FOR THE PROVISION OF IMMUNIZATION RECORD AUDIT SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $78,072.51 AND EXTENDS THE TERM TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2024.
