CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, DESIGNATING/COMMITTING AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $750,000.00 FROM FISCAL YEAR 2023 TO FISCAL YEAR 2024 FOR A ONE-TIME PAY ADJUSTMENT FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00.
